Into-Plane Fuel Operator

The Into-Plane Fuel Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient fueling of aircraft on the tarmac. This role involves operating fueling equipment, performing quality checks on fuel, and ensuring that the correct quantity and type of fuel are delivered to the aircraft according to airline specifications. The operator must adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to prevent spills, accidents, or other operational disruptions. They are also responsible for maintaining fueling records, conducting pre-operation inspections of equipment, and ensuring that fueling operations are completed within the required timeframes.

• Promote HSSE performance and ensure compliance to AL SHAMS Energy Company, IATA, JIG, GACA & local legislation by:
• Reporting all incidents timely as per Incident reporting guidelines.
• Attending Toolbox Talks for all safety, operations, and training sessions.
• Following driving speed limits and regulations.
• Driving company equipment (Refueller/Dispensers/Pick-ups) according to the guidelines of the company and GACA.
• Performing fueling operations according to Al SHAMS ENERGY COMPANY working instructions.
• Performing equipment inspection/check before operation and during taking over from other shifts, ensuring equipment readiness and operability. Forms/records to be filled and filed.
• Performing Refueller loading and conducting required quality control tests as per Al SHAMS ENERGY COMPANY working instructions.
• Carrying out Fuellers tank-gauging/dipping tasks.
• Carrying out daily Fueller & Dispensers fuel sampling, quality control tests.
• Filling out all necessary task-related documentations.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum education level: High school
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Ability to use PCs and Microsoft Office applications
• Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• Suitable physical body frame
