Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive at Hilton, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. Your core duties will include:

• Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Hilton’s brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media content, to drive online engagement and conversions. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Utilize data analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance Hilton’s brand reputation by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling promotional materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and corporate teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Represent Hilton at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand market reach.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact while adhering to financial constraints.

Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are advantageous.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content for diverse audiences.
