ERP Transformation Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Transformation Lead to join our dynamic team at Rawafid, based in Jeddah. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end transformation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and alignment with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in ERP implementation, system modernization, and change management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP transformation strategy that aligns with Rawafid’s long-term business goals, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation across all operational domains.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP transformation projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and end-users to gather requirements, address concerns, and foster buy-in for ERP system changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
• System Integration & Optimization: Lead the integration of ERP modules with existing systems, third-party applications, and business processes, while identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and performance enhancements.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate organizational adoption of new ERP functionalities, including training programs, communication strategies, and support frameworks to ensure user proficiency and engagement.
• Vendor & Technology Coordination: Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and IT teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, adherence to best practices, and timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure ERP systems comply with industry regulations, data security standards, and internal policies, while implementing robust governance frameworks to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and business acumen. The ideal ERP Transformation Lead will hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in ERP implementation, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor is essential, along with certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or ERP-specific methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical, enabling the candidate to assess complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are required to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, while a results-driven mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies will ensure sustained success in this dynamic environment.
