We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Transformation Lead to join our team at Rawafid, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading ERP transformation projects and driving business process improvement initiatives.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead the ERP transformation project from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and requirements.
• Design and implement ERP solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvement.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Train and support end-users during and after implementation.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience as an ERP Transformation Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in leading ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
