We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Worley Parsons in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing complex projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring project delivery meets our high-quality standards. You will also be required to maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and analysis of structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
• Preparation of technical reports and specifications.
• Project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Client liaison and business development.
• Mentoring and training of junior engineers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree would be an asset. You should also be a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or equivalent, with strong leadership and communication skills.
