CNC Coolant Filling Technician - PWHT Plants Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Coolant Filling Technician with specialized expertise in Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) plants to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the precise filling and maintenance of CNC coolant systems within PWHT facilities, contributing to the seamless operation of our industrial processes. Key Responsibilities

• Coolant System Management: Perform accurate filling, monitoring, and maintenance of CNC coolant systems in PWHT plants, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational parameters.
• Equipment Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of coolant reservoirs, pumps, filters, and distribution lines to identify potential issues and prevent system failures.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to coolant circulation, contamination, or leakage, implementing corrective actions to restore system functionality.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and emergency response procedures to mitigate workplace hazards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of coolant levels, system performance, and maintenance activities, providing timely reports to supervisors for process optimization and compliance purposes.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to align coolant system operations with overall plant objectives, ensuring seamless integration with PWHT processes.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies governing coolant usage, disposal, and system maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a CNC Coolant Technician, preferably within PWHT or high-temperature industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Systems: Familiarity with CNC coolant systems, including filtration, circulation, and chemical composition management.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Work Environment
