Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably within the healthcare, medical equipment, or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera, with a strong aptitude for technical documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare facility standards, medical equipment installation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, JCI, or local health authority guidelines).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, negotiate with vendors, and liaise with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or healthcare-specific engineering credentials are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
