Senior Planning Engineer - Parsons, Jeddah

Parsons, a leading global engineering and construction firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is a critical part of our project management team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met, and driving project success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale engineering or construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning software is essential, along with a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, including resource loading and leveling.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on project status.
• Collaborating with project teams to define scope, estimate durations, and allocate resources.
• Developing and implementing planning processes and procedures.
• Providing planning support to project managers and other stakeholders.
