STAKEHOLDER MANAGER

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our dynamic team at El Seif, based in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, fostering strong relationships, and driving collaborative initiatives. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and achieving strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal departments, clients, government entities, and industry partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment of interests. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights into stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Strategic Communication & Reporting: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between stakeholders by translating complex information into actionable insights. Prepare and present regular reports on stakeholder feedback, project progress, and emerging risks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Project Coordination & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating efforts among diverse teams, ensuring that stakeholder priorities are integrated into project planning and execution. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential conflicts or challenges in stakeholder relationships and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Serve as a mediator in resolving disputes and aligning differing perspectives to maintain productive partnerships.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all stakeholder interactions. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with stakeholder engagements.
• Performance Monitoring & KPIs: Track and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction metrics, feedback, and engagement levels. Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of stakeholder initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in stakeholder management, corporate communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Additional languages are a valuable asset.
• Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture and practices, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances in stakeholder interactions.
