About the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to oversee and optimize the complete revenue cycle operations at our Asir facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency across all revenue cycle functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end revenue cycle processes in a hospital or large healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

The RCM Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and improving the revenue cycle, from patient registration through to final reimbursement. Your core responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Revenue Cycle Oversight: Lead the full revenue cycle process, including patient registration, medical coding, billing, claims submission, collections, and reimbursement to ensure timely and accurate revenue realization.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track, analyze, and improve key RCM performance metrics such as collection rates, denial rates, accounts receivable (AR) aging, and cash flow to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage, mentor, and develop the RCM team to ensure high productivity, accuracy, and adherence to service standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Claims Management: Oversee the submission of claims and proactively follow up on denied, rejected, or underpaid claims to maximize reimbursement and minimize revenue loss.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Medical Coding, Insurance, Patient Access, and Clinical departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of revenue cycle processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, insurance policies, NPHIES requirements, and internal policies to mitigate compliance risks and maintain operational integrity.
• Revenue Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue trends and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to maximize revenue capture and reduce financial leakage.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with insurance companies, third-party payers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth claims processing and reimbursement.
• Reporting and Governance: Prepare comprehensive periodic reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting RCM performance, key challenges, and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Process Innovation: Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field. Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management within a hospital or large healthcare organization, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of medical billing, coding, claims management, insurance processes, and healthcare reimbursement models, with a strong focus on Saudi healthcare regulations and NPHIES requirements.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead teams, influence decisions, and drive organizational success.
