Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring realistic projections and efficient resource allocation. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
• Cash Flow & Investment Management: Optimize cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to enhance liquidity and operational efficiency while supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA, MAcc) or CPA designation is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, strategic planning, and advanced analytical techniques, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
