Business Planning Analyst - Saudi +10 Years

We are seeking a seasoned Business Planning Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have extensive experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting.

• Proven expertise in business objectives development and performance measurement frameworks.
• Industry experience within Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Food, or Feed sectors.
• Hands-on experience with SAP for business planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proven ability to create executive and board-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Advanced skills in developing performance reports, graphics, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• Strong experience in developing procedures, policies, templates, and business processes.
• Good understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM), governance, and auditing practices.
• Experience in building and maintaining corporate performance databases and reporting systems.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. Experience supporting senior management, executive leadership, and board reporting is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, performance management, and business reporting functions is a plus. Professional certifications in planning, performance management, quality management, or related disciplines are an advantage.
