As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Verifying employee data, attendance, and approved changes.
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and tax regulations.
• Maintaining payroll records and employee data in HR systems.
• Preparing payroll reports.
• Coordinating with Finance for bank transfers and ensuring proper documentation.
• Handling employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Supporting audits and internal reviews by providing required payroll information.
• Continuously improving payroll processes and maintaining confidentiality.

We seek candidates with:

• Proven experience in payroll administration or HR operations.
• Proficiency in payroll systems such as SAP or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
