Join Doctori in revolutionizing healthcare by combining high-quality in-person care with our innovative digital platform. We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the setup and launch of our first clinic in Al-Qassim and establish operational blueprints for future clinics across Saudi Arabia.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end clinic setup and launch, ensuring compliance with MOH, CBAHI, SCFHS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage clinical and administrative teams through hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Establish operational processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate medical equipment and operational supply procurement, installation, and readiness.
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement Doctori's EMR, digital workflows, patient app, and telemedicine platform.
• Drive successful clinic launch and digital health service adoption.
• Manage vendors, operational budgets, and day-to-day clinic performance.
• Identify and implement efficiency, patient experience, and scalability improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience launching or managing outpatient clinics in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Experience implementing healthcare technology solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
