Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Operations: Lead, supervise, and mentor the barista team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to high standards of service and quality.
• Beverage Excellence: Prepare and maintain premium-quality coffee and specialty beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and overall quality.
• Innovation and Development: Research, develop, and introduce unique iced tea flavors and signature cold beverage recipes to enhance our menu and attract customers.
• Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to elevate the skills of barista team members, focusing on advanced brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service excellence.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Uphold strict cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management to minimize waste and ensure optimal supply levels.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, address feedback professionally, and foster a welcoming atmosphere to encourage repeat business.
• Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the culinary team to introduce seasonal beverages and innovative concepts that align with current trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of four years of hands-on experience as a Barista, with a preference for candidates who have held a leadership or Head Barista position in a reputable establishment.
• Expertise in Specialty Coffee: In-depth knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, including brewing methods, espresso calibration, and latte art techniques.
• Beverage Innovation: Demonstrated ability to create and refine premium iced tea flavors and signature cold beverages that appeal to diverse palates.
• Operational Skills: Strong understanding of beverage costing, inventory management, and quality control processes to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven capability to lead, train, and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Certifications: Food Safety or Barista certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
