The Health Representative is a dynamic and critical role responsible for driving Pfizer's brand growth through strategic sales and promotion activities. As a territory owner, you will leverage your business acumen and customer focus to maximize our presence and impact within your designated geography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion & Sales: Promote Pfizer products to assigned customers, implement value-added programs, and provide approved product information to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, segment and target high-potential customers, and provide valuable customer insights to sales management.
• Territory Planning & Management: Diagnose territory situations, develop and execute territory business plans, and prepare periodic reports.
• Market Intelligence: Capture and share relevant market intelligence and competitor activities with the team and management.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with territory team members, share information, and support team initiatives.
• Administrative Systems: Maintain and update territory and administrative systems, and produce reports as required.
• Self Development: Proactively implement personal development plans to enhance skills and performance.
• Additional Assignments: Undertake additional projects as agreed with the line manager, ensuring objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Proficient English language skills
• Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and competitors
• Effective selling and presentation skills
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
