Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned FCC & FTI Consultant to join a long-term, onsite engagement in Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for a highly client-facing professional who will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver functional and technical expertise, ensuring the successful implementation of FCC & FTI solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, regularly visiting client sites to build strong relationships, gather business requirements, and drive project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

The FCC & FTI Consultant will play a pivotal role throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams. Responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering trust and alignment throughout the project.
• Requirements Analysis: Collect, evaluate, and translate complex business requirements into actionable functional and technical solutions.
• Solution Configuration & Optimization: Implement, configure, and fine-tune FCC & FTI solutions to align with evolving business needs and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of solutions.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead interactive sessions, including workshops and solution demonstrations, to align stakeholders and validate requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose challenges and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance system performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation to support project continuity and knowledge transfer.
• Customer Satisfaction: Drive high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, transparency, and proactive stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with FCC & FTI systems, including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
• Business Acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between functional business needs and technical implementation, ensuring solutions deliver tangible value.
• Client Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing client relationships and expectations.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to interpret requirements, identify solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Collaboration & Independence: Capacity to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Onsite Engagement: Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites in Saudi Arabia to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following attributes will enhance a candidate’s suitability for this role:

• Enterprise Transformation Experience: Prior involvement in large-scale enterprise transformation or financial technology projects, demonstrating adaptability in complex environments.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
• Consulting Background: Experience working within a consulting or client delivery framework, particularly in roles requiring high levels of client interaction and project management.
