Medical Science Liaison - Saudi Arabia

NewBridge is expanding its science-driven Medical Affairs team across MENA, seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to lead scientific engagement across our portfolio in Saudi Arabia. This non-promotional, field-based role focuses on peer-to-peer scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and generating actionable medical insights to shape strategy and improve patient outcomes.

• Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead high-quality scientific discussions on disease state, clinical data, and treatment paradigms.
• Deliver educational presentations and support scientific exchange platforms.
• Provide balanced, accurate, and timely medical information to HCPs and internal stakeholders.
• Capture and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategies.
• Act as a therapeutic area expert within the organization.
• Support evidence generation activities and medical strategy execution.
• Support development and review of scientific materials.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity and patient-centricity.

Required Competencies, Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs (MSL/Medical advisor), preferably within an MNC.
• Experience in the specialty therapeutic area is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to engage and influence scientific stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
