Your role is pivotal in ensuring our IT systems run smoothly, supporting our business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems.

• Supervise the IT department daily to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of IT systems that align with our operating standards.
• Provide exceptional operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing system outages.
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and apply it to deliver full system benefits.
• Fully understand and adhere to legal requirements on IT governance and security.
• Efficiently handle IT issues as they arise.
• Identify current and future system needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Foster strong internal working relationships with all hotel departments.

To excel in this role, we seek a Saudi national with over two years of experience, preferably in IT management within the hotel, leisure, or service sector. Proficiency in all Microsoft systems and familiarity with hotel applications like Fidelio and Micros is preferred. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies, are essential.
