As the Electrical Engineer GM, you will provide technical and commercial support for electrical systems in projects executed by ALJM Fit Out and renovation. Your role will involve:

• Reviewing concept and detailed design criteria to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Validating BOQs, site drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Conducting value engineering to optimize electrical systems.
• Ensuring electrical safety standards are met throughout ALJM fit out and renovation projects.
• Liaising with vendors, consultants, and authorities to negotiate offers and resolve technical conflicts.

Key performance indicators include approved concept designs, BOQ approval, electrical report acceptance, and successful project handover.

This role requires advanced knowledge of electrical design regulations and standards within KSA, with a direct impact on ensuring designs meet all required electrical standards.
