We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated faculty member specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology to contribute to our dynamic academic community. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in teaching and learning, expertise in curriculum development, and a strong research background in Obstetrics & Gynecology education.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and facilitate courses related to Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Design and implement innovative teaching and assessment strategies.
• Conduct and publish high-quality research in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Provide academic advice and mentorship to students and faculty.
• Develop and enhance medical curricula, learning methodologies, and evaluation systems.
• Participate in faculty development programs and training initiatives.
• Contribute to community engagement and interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of the Program.

Requirements:

• Education: Ph.D., MD, or MBBS with specialization or advanced qualifications in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Certified training or diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology is an added advantage.
• Experience: Extensive teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. Expertise in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and educational technology. Strong research background with publications in medical education. Experience in faculty development and training programs. Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities effectively.
• Skills & Competencies: Excellence in research, publications, and academic writing. Strong teaching, mentoring, and leadership skills. Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to implement innovative teaching and assessment methods. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
