Finance Director (Healthcare Industry Experience)

The Finance Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and compliance across the Medical City ecosystem. This role ensures seamless integration between clinical, operational, and financial processes to maximize revenue realization.

• Enterprise Revenue Strategy & Value Optimization: Define and execute the enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy, lead pricing strategy initiatives, and identify new revenue models.
• Integrated Revenue Operations Leadership: Establish a standardized revenue cycle model, oversee patient access to claims processing, and coordinate functions to optimize revenue capture.
• Financial Performance Ownership & Forecasting: Own revenue forecasting, analyze performance trends, and lead performance reviews.
• Payer Strategy, Contracting & Market Positioning: Lead payer negotiations, monitor payer performance, and develop strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
• Digital Transformation & Data-Driven Excellence: Lead implementation of advanced RCM systems, develop real-time dashboards, and drive continuous innovation.
• Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to coding standards, establish internal controls, and lead audit readiness.
• Leadership & Organizational Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, develop internal capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key performance metrics include improving revenue realization, reducing AR days, maintaining denial rates below benchmarks, minimizing revenue leakage, and enhancing efficiency across the full revenue cycle.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration, with 12-15+ years of experience in healthcare RCM. Core competencies include revenue strategy, healthcare finance, payer management, data analytics, and leadership.
