Job Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Plaza Premium Group, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across our airport lounge facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of housekeeping duties, ensuring that every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment. This role requires a meticulous approach, a commitment to health and safety regulations, and the ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and care. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in airport hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing across all lounge areas such as public spaces, shower rooms, back-of-house areas, and buffet counters. Ensure that all surfaces, equipment, and service areas are consistently clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Guest and Operational Support: Assist in the loading and unloading of food items and supplies as needed. Clean and reset tables and service areas promptly after guests have finished their meals. Deliver food, beverages, utensils, and equipment to service areas to support seamless operations.
• Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain orderly store rooms and conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate supplies. Notify supervisors of any damages, shortages, or defects to facilitate timely resolution. Properly use and protect cleaning equipment and tools to extend their lifespan and ensure safety.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest and operational requests or complaints with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Address concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the lounge’s reputation for exceptional service.
• Compliance and Safety: Strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia. Follow company protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for both staff and guests.
• Additional Duties: Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support the smooth operation of the lounge and uphold Plaza Premium Group’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality operations. Prior experience in an airport or high-traffic hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards. Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Communication: Basic spoken English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset and may enhance your ability to engage with guests and colleagues.
• Work Schedule: Willingness to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required to meet operational demands.
• Location: This position is based at an airport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
