About the Role

Mannai Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our ICT team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving sales efficiency by coordinating critical sales activities, preparing accurate quotations and proposals, and ensuring seamless communication across customers, suppliers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong aptitude for managing complex sales documentation while supporting the broader sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to support the sales process, including:

• Documentation Management: Prepare and review quotations, proposals, sales orders, and other essential sales-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, the sales team, finance, logistics, and other departments to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any operational challenges.
• Order and Payment Tracking: Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments to ensure timely fulfillment and financial reconciliation, while addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Data and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends, and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Tender Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders by compiling required documentation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with submission deadlines.
• Customer Engagement: Provide proactive updates to customers regarding their requirements, order status, and any potential delays, fostering strong and lasting business relationships.
• Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the attainment of business targets, ensuring that all processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the IT, ICT, technology, or system integration industry is highly advantageous, as it provides a deeper understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the business.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, tenders, and sales documentation, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• System Skills: Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus, enabling efficient data management and process automation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia will be given preference, ensuring immediate availability and reduced onboarding time.
