Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture, Pre-Sales Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture, Pre-Sales Consultant to join our subsidiary, Jadaya. In this strategic role, you will drive pre-sales activities, solution consulting, business development, and solution sizing, collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams. Your primary responsibility will be to translate customer requirements into innovative, tailored solutions, prepare compelling proposals, and present consulting offerings to executive stakeholders. As a trusted advisor, you will bridge business objectives with cutting-edge technology solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery and unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

This role demands a blend of technical expertise and business acumen. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture: Leverage your hands-on experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Architecture frameworks, particularly TOGAF, to design scalable and future-proof solutions that align with business goals.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting: Conduct in-depth customer workshops, analyze requirements, and develop tailored solutions that address complex business challenges. Your ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be critical.
• Proposal Development: Lead the creation of high-impact proposals, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring alignment with customer expectations and organizational capabilities.
• Solution Sizing & Estimation: Accurately size solutions, estimate project effort and cost, and develop resource plans to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
• Business Process Reengineering (BPR) & Target Operating Models (TOM): Drive process optimization initiatives and design target operating models that enhance operational efficiency and agility.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory frameworks, including Data Governance and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA). Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements such as Qiyas, PDPL, DGA, and NCA is highly advantageous.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, presenting solutions with clarity and conviction to secure buy-in and drive decision-making.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of industry trends in Cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Government initiatives to deliver forward-thinking solutions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, or Management Consulting, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Qiyas, PDPL, DGA, and NCA, is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, ITIL, or PDPL/Data Privacy certifications will be considered a significant advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Your ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights will set you apart.
