The Head Revenue Assurance is a pivotal role responsible for safeguarding our company's financial integrity. This involves ensuring accurate recording, collection, and reporting of all generated revenue, while identifying and eliminating revenue leakage, improving billing accuracy, and strengthening internal financial controls across all revenue streams.

• Financial Control and Compliance: Establish and maintain a robust revenue assurance framework, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with the CFO and internal audit team to enhance financial governance and transparency.
• Revenue Assurance and Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end revenue flow, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Identify and mitigate risks of revenue leakage, and develop KPIs to monitor revenue efficiency, accuracy, and recovery.
• Data Integrity and Systems Control: Work with IT, Billing, and Operations teams to improve data accuracy between financial and operational systems. Implement and optimize system controls, automation tools, and reconciliation mechanisms. Lead periodic audits and reconciliation exercises.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate and timely reporting on revenue performance, variances, and recovery trends. Offer analytical insights and recommendations to improve revenue collection, forecasting, and financial accuracy. Support budgeting and forecasting by ensuring revenue data integrity.
• Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Lead, mentor, and develop the Revenue Assurance team to maintain high standards of financial control. Drive continuous improvement in revenue-related processes and policies. Support Finance leadership in strategic initiatives related to profitability and cost optimization.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA/CMA preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, audit, or revenue assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks.
