Position Overview
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a globally recognized law firm with a presence in 15 countries, is seeking a highly motivated Account Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Riyadh Regional Headquarters. Key Responsibilities
The Account Administration Specialist is responsible for a wide range of account management and system administration tasks, including:
- Account Creation and Maintenance: Establishing and managing Active Directory (AD) and ADERANT accounts for new hires, including account modifications, deactivations, and deletions to ensure timely access provisioning and revocation.
- Cloud and Third-Party System Management: Overseeing user accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure), as well as third-party platforms such as Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace, Sharefile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity, ZOOM, and other external systems.
- Distribution List and Group Administration: Creating, maintaining, and updating firm-wide distribution lists in on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based groups in Microsoft Entra (Azure).
- Ticketing and Request Management: Logging, tracking, and updating all account-related requests via the Ivanti ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with clients and IT teams as needed.
- Compliance and Approval Coordination: Identifying and escalating issues requiring approval from the Office of Firm Counsel, tracking approvals in the SQL database, and facilitating user recertification processes.
- Tier I Support and On-Call Responsibilities: Providing first-level technical support and participating in on-call rotations to address urgent account administration needs outside regular business hours.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Assisting in the training of new Helpdesk representatives and Account Administration personnel, as well as providing advanced support to HR and the Office of Firm Counsel.
- Process Improvement and Documentation: Identifying opportunities to enhance the Account Administration function, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on firm-wide technology projects, and maintaining up-to-date documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs).
- Communication and Policy Adherence: Reviewing and disseminating communications regarding new policies, procedures, and system changes or outages to ensure compliance and awareness across the organization.
Qualifications and Competencies
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, GT policies, and procedures related to account access rights and AD processes. Familiarity with Helpdesk and call center tools is highly desirable.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to evaluate situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment and Expectations
This position is based at our Riyadh Regional Headquarters and requires an on-site presence. The Account Administration Specialist will report directly to the Account Administration Manager and is expected to contribute to a collaborative, results-driven team. The role demands a high level of accountability, adaptability to evolving technologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement in processes and systems.
