We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Claims Management to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Claims Management, will be responsible for leading a high-performing team while managing complex claims processes. Your core duties will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement claims management strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims while minimizing financial exposure.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of claims professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance on best practices and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Claims Processing & Oversight: Oversee the evaluation, adjudication, and settlement of claims, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Monitor claim trends and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between internal departments, external stakeholders, and third-party administrators. Build strong relationships with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of claims.
• Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Ensure all claims activities adhere to industry regulations, contractual terms, and company policies. Implement robust controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational resilience.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on claims performance, trends, and financial impact. Present insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in claims workflows and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPCU, ARM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in claims management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity. Experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in claims management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local and international claims regulations, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
