Key Responsibilities

The Site Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in the execution and supervision of mechanical engineering projects. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Oversight: Lead and monitor mechanical engineering activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Technical Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and equipment installations, while adhering to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to mitigate risks and ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional Certification: Valid engineering certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a site-based role, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and equipment installations, as well as familiarity with CAD software and industry-specific tools.
• Safety and Compliance: A strong commitment to safety protocols and a thorough understanding of local and international regulatory standards.
