Population Health Strategy Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Population Health Strategy Manager to join our team in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing innovative population health strategies that align with our mission to improve health outcomes and enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Development: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive population health strategies that address the needs of diverse patient populations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key health priorities, develop actionable plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, government agencies, and community organizations. Facilitate partnerships that foster collaboration and drive collective impact in improving health outcomes.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to assess population health trends, identify gaps in care, and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Translate data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Program Implementation and Monitoring: Oversee the rollout of population health programs, ensuring they are evidence-based, scalable, and aligned with best practices. Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all population health initiatives comply with local and international healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard patient safety and organizational integrity.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in population health management. Drive innovation by exploring new models of care, digital health solutions, and strategic partnerships that enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Epidemiology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in population health, health policy, or strategic management are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in population health management, public health, healthcare consulting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and healthcare information systems. Experience with population health management platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to drive change, manage complex projects, and deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry trends, with a commitment to ethical and compliant practices.
