Planning Engineer (Airport exp)

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing comprehensive project plans for airport infrastructure, terminal expansions, and ground operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Analyze project requirements and constraints to create realistic planning strategies
• Coordinate resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present comprehensive planning reports and performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to align with project objectives
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage budget forecasting and cost control measures
• Utilize project management software and planning tools to track project status
• Ensure compliance with airport operational standards, safety regulations, and aviation industry requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 5 years of planning engineering experience, with at least 3 years in airport or aviation related projects
• Proven expertise in airport operations, terminal planning, runway development, or ground handling operations
• Advanced proficiency with project management software and CAD tools
• Strong knowledge of resource scheduling, budget management, and cost control
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of airport safety standards, aviation regulations, and industry best practices
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to regional operations
