Position Overview

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a globally recognized law firm with a presence in 15 countries, is seeking a highly motivated Account Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Riyadh Regional Headquarters. As a key member of our Account Administration Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless access management, system maintenance, and operational efficiency across multiple platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Administration Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of account management functions, including the creation, maintenance, and deactivation of user accounts across various systems. Your core duties will encompass:

  • Account Provisioning and Management: Creating and maintaining Active Directory (AD) and ADERANT accounts for new hires, including account modifications, deactivations, and deletions. Managing cloud-based accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure) and third-party systems such as Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace, ShareFile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity, Zoom, and others.
  • Distribution List and Group Administration: Maintaining firm-wide distribution lists in on-premises AD and managing cloud groups in Microsoft Entra (Azure) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ticketing and Request Tracking: Logging, tracking, and updating all account-related requests via the Ivanti ticketing system. Identifying issues that require approval from the Office of Firm Counsel and collaborating closely to obtain necessary approvals and track recertifications in the SQL database.
  • Tier I Support and On-Call Responsibilities: Providing Tier I technical support as needed and participating in on-call rotations to address urgent account-related issues outside regular business hours.
  • Training and Development: Assisting in the training of new Helpdesk representatives and Account Administration personnel, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the team.
  • Advanced Support and Project Collaboration: Offering advanced support for HR and the Office of Firm Counsel, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on firm-wide technology projects, and potentially managing small-scale projects as assigned.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintaining and updating Account Administration documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs). Reviewing communications related to new policies, procedures, and system changes or outages to ensure alignment with firm standards.

Qualifications and Competencies

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and GT’s policies and procedures related to account access rights and AD processes. Familiarity with Helpdesk and call center tools and operations is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

  • Adaptability and Initiative: A can-do attitude with the flexibility to work overtime as needed and participate in on-call rotations. Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Work Environment and Expectations

This position is based at our Riyadh Regional Headquarters and requires an in-office presence. The role reports directly to the Account Administration Manager and involves close collaboration with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless account management and operational continuity.
