Position Overview

The Information Technology Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s technical infrastructure to support seamless business operations. This full-time, on-site position in Saudi Arabia is responsible for managing network systems, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The specialist will proactively monitor network operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement necessary updates and security protocols to safeguard company data and systems. Additionally, the role involves providing responsive technical support to internal teams, documenting solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve IT processes and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Network and System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and firewalls, to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and data integrity.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity across departments.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability assessments, to protect sensitive information and comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Software and Hardware Maintenance: Manage software installations, updates, and patches, as well as hardware procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management to support business continuity.
• User Support and Training: Provide clear, professional assistance to internal users, addressing their technical concerns and offering guidance on best practices to enhance their digital proficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, and generate reports to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills
