Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Engineer / AI Engineer – AI Voice Agents to join our dynamic team at Voho, based in Dhahran. Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune AI models, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms, to enhance the capabilities of voice agents. This includes working with large datasets to improve speech recognition, language understanding, and response generation.
• System Architecture: Develop and maintain the technical architecture of AI voice agent systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice agents with existing platforms and applications.
• Algorithm Optimization: Optimize AI algorithms for real-time processing, latency reduction, and accuracy improvement. Implement best practices in model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define project requirements, brainstorm innovative solutions, and drive the development of next-generation voice agents. Participate in research and development initiatives to explore emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI voice agent systems to ensure robustness, security, and compliance with industry standards. Implement automated testing frameworks and performance benchmarks to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, API specifications, and user guides. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical challenges related to AI voice agents, leveraging analytical skills and creativity to overcome complex issues. Provide timely support and solutions to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Familiarity with speech recognition technologies, such as Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Transcribe, or similar tools, is highly desirable.
• AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly in NLP, ML, and deep learning. Knowledge of voice synthesis, text-to-speech (TTS) systems, and conversational AI platforms is advantageous.
• Software Development: Proficiency in software development methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is beneficial.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate AI model performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a culture of innovation.
• Industry Knowledge: Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, particularly in voice agents and conversational AI. Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and ethical considerations in AI development is a plus.
