Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting comprehensive financial, technical, and administrative reports that interpret data, identify strategic alternatives, and provide well-justified conclusions, forecasts, and recommendations. Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain a variety of management reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards. Proactively identify new reporting needs to monitor and enhance operational performance across all departments.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to design semi-automated templates and tools that streamline performance reporting. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in analytics, both within and outside the healthcare industry, to ensure the highest standards of reporting excellence.
- Data Management and Systems: Maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and systems to track and report critical information accurately. Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and transformation processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing timely and accurate information within your area of expertise. Address and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Import, clean, transform, validate, and model data to derive meaningful insights that support timely and informed business decisions. Your analytical expertise will drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Patient-Centered Initiatives: Actively participate in person-centered care initiatives, contributing to the enrichment of patient experiences with compassion, respect, and dignity. Your role will support the organization’s commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional designation is required. Additional certifications in financial analysis or related fields are advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related field is essential. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau), and business intelligence platforms is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets are critical.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders is paramount.
