Position Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Director with a strong background in the healthcare industry to lead our financial operations in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be based in Qiddiya and will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our healthcare initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals, with a focus on optimizing financial performance and driving growth within the healthcare industry.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives. Provide actionable insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
• Healthcare Industry Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of healthcare financial dynamics, including reimbursement models, regulatory compliance, and operational cost structures, to guide financial decision-making and risk management.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with international standards and local regulations. Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements to mitigate risks and maintain transparency.
• Capital Management and Investment: Lead capital allocation strategies, including investment in healthcare infrastructure, technology, and innovation. Evaluate and recommend opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships to enhance the company’s market position.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive professional development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and align with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between the finance department and other business units, including healthcare operations, legal, and executive leadership. Communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels to support cross-functional alignment and strategic initiatives.
• Risk Management and Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with healthcare operations and market dynamics.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within the healthcare industry. Prior experience in investment management, financial planning, and healthcare operations is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of healthcare financial systems, including revenue cycle management and cost accounting, is required.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are critical.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and local Saudi Arabian financial and healthcare laws, is preferred.
