Deburring & marking Technician (Saudi Arabia)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburring & Marking Technician to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Deburring Operations: Execute deburring processes to remove excess material, burrs, and sharp edges from machined parts, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Marking and Identification: Apply accurate and legible markings to components using appropriate tools and techniques, including engraving, stamping, or labeling, to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications, and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot deburring and marking equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow established procedures to mitigate workplace hazards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities processed, quality checks, and any deviations encountered, and report findings to supervisory staff as required.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively within a cross-functional team, communicating clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to address issues and optimize workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with deburring tools, marking equipment, and quality inspection instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify and correct imperfections in machined components, ensuring adherence to strict tolerances and specifications.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and industry standards such as ISO, ASME, or ANSI.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderately heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions with precision and consistency.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and participating in regular training sessions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset to diagnose issues, troubleshoot equipment, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information and collaborate with team members.
