About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager - Enterprise Solutions & Delivery to lead our growing team of engineers and drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the engineering team and key stakeholders, including product managers, executives, and clients. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure clear communication of project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver enterprise solutions that are reliable, secure, and scalable. Implement automated testing frameworks, performance monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to maintain high standards of excellence.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in enterprise solution delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Proactively address technical debt and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architectures, and technologies. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
