Junior Business Development — Early-Stage Startup

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development professional based in Riyadh to join our early-stage startup team. Unlike traditional sales positions, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to collaborate closely with the founder in shaping, refining, and validating the business model before its official launch.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the startup’s early growth by performing a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Business Ideation and Refinement: Assist in developing and refining the core business idea, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities that can inform business decisions.
• Customer and Industry Engagement: Engage with potential customers, industry experts, and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and insights that will shape the business strategy.

Work Arrangement and Duration

We are committed to building a long-term partnership and are offering an initial three-month engagement to evaluate mutual fit. Upon successful collaboration, there may be opportunities for extension or full-time involvement.
