Sales Engineer - HVAC Product Line (KSA)

The Sales Engineer is a pivotal role responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle for our HVAC product line within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors.

• Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our HVAC business, focusing on Duct Type split units, Cassette Type ACs, and mini VRF solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing orders, including payments.
• Key Account Management: Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, MEP contractors, and developers to ensure our products are specified and selected for upcoming projects.
• Technical & Commercial Proposal Development: Prepare and review detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they align with customer requirements, project specifications, and the company's pricing strategies.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports to management on market conditions and sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, with experience in VRF systems being highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in contractual negotiations.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
