Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist-Operations-Club Management-CX, your core responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement and Support: Act as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome while addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with efficiency and empathy.
• Club Operations Management: Assist in coordinating daily club operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards to maintain a high level of service delivery.
• Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing member check-ins and check-outs, processing membership renewals, and maintaining accurate records of club activities and visitor logs.
• Facility Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to monitor facility conditions, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
• Sales and Membership Support: Support sales initiatives by providing information about membership options, promotions, and club amenities, contributing to member acquisition and retention efforts.

Qualifications and Skills
