About Think AI
Think AI is pioneering a hardware-aware AI orchestration platform designed to deliver datacenter-grade AI compute capabilities within sovereign environments, ensuring unparalleled efficiency and simplicity. Our deep-tech orchestration system streamlines complex workflows—including training, fine-tuning, and inference—into a single adaptive layer, seamlessly integrated with GPU hardware to optimize performance, efficiency, and control. Headquartered in Riyadh, we are rapidly expanding and seeking exceptional talent to help define and own a category-leading product from the ground up.
Our Core Values
At Think AI, three fundamental principles guide our every action:
- Mastery and Excellence: We are committed to pursuing mastery in our craft, upholding the highest standards in every detail of our work.
- Trust and Integrity: We honor the trust placed in us by our team, customers, and the mission we serve, conducting ourselves with honesty and integrity in both our technical and interpersonal dealings.
- Speed and Ownership: This is a dynamic environment where we move quickly, make decisive choices, and adapt as we learn. We are a hands-on organization that values individuals who take ownership, tackle challenges head-on, and remain deeply engaged in the work, regardless of their role.
Role Overview
The Accounts Manager, Enterprise and Datacenter, will be responsible for owning and expanding Think AI’s enterprise and datacenter accounts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with opportunities to extend into the broader MENA region and global markets as the business scales. In this pivotal role, you will drive the sale of our flagship hardware solutions—SuperNode, UltraNode, and RackNode—paired with our ILM orchestration platform, to key industries including major banks, telecommunications providers, energy companies, and data center operators. You will manage intricate multi-stakeholder deal cycles, cultivate executive-level relationships, and convert proofs of concept into long-term, high-value commitments.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, KSA, you will play a critical part in shaping the commercial trajectory of Think AI while contributing to the company’s rapid growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Ownership: Manage a named-account portfolio spanning enterprise and datacenter customers, with a primary focus on KSA, followed by strategic expansion into MENA and global markets as opportunities arise.
- End-to-End Sales Leadership: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to technical validation, commercial negotiation, deployment, and ongoing account expansion.
- Value Proposition Development: Create compelling Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) models that demonstrate the superior value of Think AI’s hardware and ILM platform compared to hyperscaler GPU rental or legacy server vendors in each customer’s unique environment.
- Solution Design Collaboration: Partner closely with Senior Solutions Architects to tailor solutions that align with customer workloads, datacenter infrastructure, and power and cooling constraints.
- Executive Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with IT executives, including CIOs, CTOs, heads of AI, and heads of infrastructure, while maintaining strong connections with technical buyers and architects.
- Performance Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets while providing accurate forecasting on a weekly basis.
- Market and Product Insights: Deliver competitive intelligence and actionable product feedback to the product team to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum of six years of experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure, AI solutions, GPU compute, servers, or datacenter equipment to major banks, telcos, energy companies, or commercial enterprises.

- Deal Closure Success: Demonstrated ability to close seven-figure deals from start to finish.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong proficiency in TCO modeling, multi-year contract negotiations, and structuring complex commercial agreements.
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Arabic and fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Datacenter Expertise: Familiarity with datacenter design, power and cooling requirements, and the demands of ML/AI workloads.
- Competitive Positioning: Experience selling against cloud GPU offerings from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Software Sales Experience: Background in selling SaaS or enterprise software alongside hardware, with the ability to position ILM as a standalone software product as the company scales.
