The Logistics Officer role, based in Riyadh, is a full-time or part-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee daily logistics activities, ensuring timely product distribution and maintaining a safe, organized working environment.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, track deliveries, and monitor inventory levels.
• Organize warehouse operations, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics processes and support regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should possess:

• Proven skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Practical experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations.
• Strong Administration skills and proficiency with basic computer applications and ERP or inventory systems.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or medical product logistics is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective English communication skills; Arabic language skills are a plus.
