Senior Finance Analyst, DS MEA

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Finance Analyst, DS MEA, you will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational financial activities, including:

• Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive profitable growth and support informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to evaluate business cases for tender pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and educate stakeholders on financial concepts and ownership.
  • Lead Saudi Arabia-specific financial processes and projects in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Actively participate in local business planning, budget updates, and strategic initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support the financial planning process and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Support financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Proactively monitor performance against targets, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities for early intervention.
• Internal Controls & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), WWP (Worldwide Policies), and internal policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance activities, including internal and external audits, to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • MBA or a professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) (preferred).
• Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), or operational finance roles.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create executive-facing dashboards and reports.
