We're seeking a highly motivated Field Medical Manager within our Cell Therapy Medical Affairs team based in Saudi Arabia, covering Saudi and potentially the GCC.

The role is critical in engaging with hematology/oncology thought leaders and healthcare professionals, acting as a strategic scientific partner to develop and execute local medical strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving high-quality peer-to-peer scientific exchange and influencing clinical practice.
• Building, developing, and executing structured stakeholder engagement plans, including mapping and segmentation of national and regional opinion leaders.
• Supporting the optimization of the patient journey and contributing to treatment center readiness and capability.
• Generating actionable insights from field interactions to inform medical planning and cross-functional decision-making.
• Delivering high-impact scientific presentations and leading medical events.
• Serving as a trusted scientific resource for medical and scientific inquiries.
