Join KBR, a global leader in delivering solutions for the energy, petrochemical, and government services industries. We're seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder I to support our operations in Saudi Arabia.

As a Scaffolder I, you will be responsible for:

• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide safe work platforms and handrails for maintenance tasks within SATORP plants.
• Interpreting drawings and instructions from supervisors to select the required materials and set ground levels.
• Assembling and fitting steel pipes, support beams, and clamps to form scaffold bases.
• Using prefabricated scaffolding when available to optimize time and cost efficiency.
• Dismantling and cleaning up scaffolding materials upon job completion.
• Adhering to SATORP's HSE rules and policies, as well as plant hazard material awareness.
• Attending safety and technical training sessions, and meeting competency-based training programs.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• A valid certification from a recognized third-party certification body or accredited Saudi institute.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management in Oil & Gas facilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and resolve problems.
• Flexibility to live and work in KSA, and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
