As a Technology Strategy Manager at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative solutions that bridge the gap between business objectives and cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Problem-Solving: Develop and implement a rigorous, structured approach to address complex technology and business challenges, generating actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Value Creation & Opportunity Identification: Assess performance gaps, high-level visions, and emerging needs to pinpoint and prioritize value-creating opportunities at the intersection of business and technology.
• End-to-End Engagement Leadership: Independently lead small engagements or multi-faceted projects, overseeing all delivery components, including client satisfaction, value realization, team management, and financial performance.
• Business Development Support: Identify and nurture business opportunities, collaborating with client and Accenture teams to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with clients and internal Accenture teams to align business and technology priorities, ensuring seamless integration and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and disseminate innovative insights, recommendations, and thought leadership assets that address critical technology strategy domains, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor in the market.
• Senior Leadership Engagement: Interact with senior management at both client and Accenture levels to present recommendations, secure buy-in, and navigate alternative approaches when necessary.

• Data-Driven Consulting: A strong foundation in business and technology value architecting, with a focus on leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
• Independent Problem-Solving: The ability to determine methods and procedures for assignments with minimal supervision, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Team Management: Experience in leading and managing teams, whether at a client site or within Accenture, to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Business Development Acumen: A proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, with the ability to support sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
• Technology Strategy Expertise: Deep knowledge of core technology strategy offerings, including IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics, and cloud solutions.
• Advisory & Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in technology advisory roles or implementation projects, with a preference for cross-industry exposure in sectors such as Banking, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, and Government.
• Business Knowledge: A proactive approach to acquiring business insights beyond technical roles, ideally through an MBA or equivalent experience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Arabic as a preferred asset.
