Tuwaiq Casting & Forging invites a driven IT Technician to join our IT Service Delivery Division. Reporting to the IT Engineer or IT Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless and uninterrupted IT services across our organization by providing first-level technical support to our employees and users.

• Provide first-level IT support to employees and end-users across the organization.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Support network connectivity, internet, and Wi-Fi related issues.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Monitor and respond to IT service desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Perform routine system and data backup checks.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

We seek candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in computer hardware troubleshooting, foundational networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 are essential. Strong communication skills and a collaborative teamwork orientation are also crucial for success in this role.
