The Opportunity

Our Working Capital Management team in the MENA region is a cornerstone of operational excellence, ensuring the firm maintains robust liquidity and financial resilience while delivering exceptional client service. As a member of this newly established, high-performing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm’s cash collection performance. Your responsibilities will involve direct engagement with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve overdue accounts, facilitate timely payments, and strengthen financial discipline across the organization. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
  • Collaborate closely with client-side invoice approvers and accounts payable teams to streamline payment processing and minimize delays.
  • Monitor payment arrangements, escalate delays or non-compliance to relevant stakeholders, and drive corrective actions.
  • Identify and address the root causes of payment delays, including internal process inefficiencies and client-side approval bottlenecks.
  • Log and resolve invoice disputes efficiently, providing actionable feedback to support long-term process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client billing and payment workflows to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Track invoice delivery, generate client statements and payment requests, and assist with payment allocation and reconciliation in coordination with Finance and client engagement teams.
  • Support the continuous improvement of collection processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital outcomes across the business.
