Our client, a leading regional FMCG organisation, seeks a Regional Sales Manager based in Jeddah to drive sales performance and fuel commercial growth across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Managing regional performance
• Strengthening customer and distributor relationships
• Overseeing sales execution and identifying growth opportunities
• Ensuring achievement of commercial objectives
• Driving sales excellence and improving market coverage
• Building strong relationships with key customers and partners

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 8+ years of sales experience within non-food FMCG
• Strong regional sales management experience and commercial performance track record
• Traditional Trade and direct distribution experience
• Strong understanding of retail channels, customer management, and market execution
• Proven ability to deliver sales growth and achieve commercial targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
